Robert Fumich, M.D.
Bio
Dr. Fumich is board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic physician. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Medicine. Dr. Fumich served his orthopedic residency at Mt. Sinai Medical Center of Cleveland and completed a sports medicine fellowship with A.E. Ellison, M.D and a total joint fellowship with Charles O. Townley.
Dr. Fumich specializes in orthopedic medicine, primarily focusing on conditions affecting the knee and shoulder.
In addition to his practice, Dr. Fumich has served as the team physician for Hiram College and John Carroll University. He has presented and published on a variety of sports medicine and orthopedics related topics. He belongs to numerous professional organizations, including the Arthroscopy Association of North America, the American.
Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine, the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Sports Medicine; and the International Cartilage Repair Society. Dr. Fumich has practiced medicine for more than 45 years.
