Bio

Dr. Noble is a board-eligible, fellowship-trained shoulder and elbow surgeon. A Northeast Ohio native, he earned his medical degree from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an orthopedic surgery residency at Western Reserve Hospital in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. After residency, he completed his fellowship at the world-renowned Oregon Shoulder Institute.

Dr. Noble specializes in shoulder and elbow surgery, arthroscopic surgery, shoulder reconstruction, and fracture care. His special interests include arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, shoulder instability and dislocations, complex total shoulder and reverse total arthroplasty, joint preservation, and athletic sports injuries.

Dr. Noble has been published in professional publications and has presented his research at numerous national conferences. He is a member of a select group in the American Shoulder and Elbow Society (ASES), a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), a member of the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics (AOAO), and also belongs to the Ohio Osteopathic Association. Dr. Noble has been a physician since 2018.
