Patient Stories

Maureen’s Story – A Letter of Gratitude

Hello, Mr. Ferry. My name is Maureen (last name redacted).  If I may please take a few moments of your time, I would like to write to you about my experience at Crystal Clinic with regards to my (recent) surgery.

My first encounter with an associate was at the sign-in desk on the second floor of the facility.  She welcomed me with a smile and proceeded to check me in. Very kind first impression.

Sydney’s Story

“For 15 years I did gymnastics. I wanted to say that I finished out those 15 years. The major injury that really held me back when I got to a higher level was […] that I tore my labrum in my hip, and that needed surgery to repair. When choosing a doctor, we did a lot of research […] What patients said about the doctor, how outcomes were, what the rate of success was, and […] I ended up being at the Crystal Clinic, and I had amazing doctors, was completely satisfied with […] every one that worked with me, and ended up having a great time there.”

Karl’s Story

For stained glass craftsman Karl, being able to do the work he loves isn’t something he takes for granted. While working as a high school custodian in 2009, he shattered the bones in his wrist as he attempted to break up a school fight. The injury was so severe that he wasn’t sure he’d regain enough functionality to continue pursuing his beloved avocation.

Ethan’s Story

When Ethan first felt a twinge of pain in his left hip, he thought nothing of it. As an avid CrossFit and cycling enthusiast in his athletic prime, he was accustomed to experiencing occasional soreness. Despite modifying his workouts, taking over-the-counter medications to relieve pain and inflammation, and seeing his chiropractor, the pain continued to worsen over the next week.
